Had a great experience. I had a bit of a urgent tire issue, husband was on side of road and I needed a new tire put on a rim to take up to him. Dominic was able to get my new tire on, make sure all other tires where ready to go qithout issue and did it in just over 1 hr, on a busy afternoon. It saved us a very expensive tow & missing work. Thanks.

Last Tuesday night I had a flat tire. Had my car towed home because it was after midnight. The following day I had the tire repaired by a friend who was a tow truck operator. I already knew that I needed to get a new set of tires, and I had researched a few brands last year, so I had a plan. I purchased a set of tires online at Discount Tires and was able to schedule an appointment for the Tire installation during that transaction. Super easy. A couple days later I received a text message telling me my tires had been delivered and that they would see me on Monday the 27th. Great. I arrived a few minutes early; they were having a staff meeting. There was a sign with my name on it when I walked in the door 😊 Dominic checked me in and answered a few questions I had. Super friendly, professional and knowledgeable. I was in and out in less than 1 hour. These guys are amazing. I will definitely be back for my next set of tires.

I’ve gone here a few times for flat repairs (those dang nails are all over Reno!). Last visit I bought tires for a great price with the guarantee that my tire would be replaced for free if I get another nail that is not able to be patched. Well sure enough a month later I had another nail in my tire that could not be patched and the tire was indeed replaced for free. I’ve always found their customer service to be great as well and I will continue going there in the future for tires.

Riley and his team got me in on a busy day with barely any thread on my new second hand vehicle and a slow leak in the back that was threatening to become a full flat. He was very kind, professional, and efficient. I chose tires that worked for my budget and he called me later saying they didn't have them in stock, so he upgraded my new set to the next best for free. Was communicative during the whole process despite it being extremely busy. Absolutely amazing experience, thank you guys!!

My time and service was quick and excellent. Took care of me and my truck. Will continue to use this Discount Store for my tire needs.
